Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who can hire across functions, levels, and geographies in a fast-growing startup environment.

This is not a role focused only on coordinating interviews or managing an existing pipeline. We are looking for a hands-on recruiter who can independently identify, engage, assess, and close strong talent — including Manager and leadership-level candidates.

You will own searches end-to-end, partner directly with hiring managers and senior leadership, and help us continuously raise the talent bar as WeBox scales.

The right person is highly resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, strong at sourcing, and able to move quickly without sacrificing hiring quality.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, including Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and People
• Recruit across different levels, from individual contributors to Manager, Lead, and other senior-level positions
• Independently manage multiple searches and hiring priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Build candidate pipelines from scratch through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing strategies
• Partner directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring profiles and translate business needs into effective recruiting strategies
• Assess candidates beyond resume qualifications, including capability, ownership, motivation, startup fit, and potential impact
• Drive candidates through the entire recruiting process, from initial outreach through interviews, offer negotiation, closing, and onboarding handoff
• Maintain urgency and momentum throughout the hiring process while delivering a strong candidate experience
• Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve sourcing and hiring effectiveness
• Help improve interview processes, hiring standards, recruiting systems, and talent strategy as the company scales

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience , with meaningful experience in a  startup or high-growth environment
• Demonstrated ability to recruit across  multiple functions and levels , including Manager or senior-level roles
• Strong outbound sourcing capability and experience building pipelines from scratch
• Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and deliver results under tight timelines
• Experience partnering directly with senior hiring managers and company leadership
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing judgment
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity, changing priorities, and limited structure
• High sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and offer-closing skills
• Experience using ATS systems and recruiting funnel metrics
