Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Denise Burggraff State Farm is hiring a full-time Receptionist in Moose Lake, MN to be the welcoming first point of contact for our customers. You will keep the front desk running smoothly, manage schedules and daily communications, and make sure everyone who calls or walks in feels well taken care of. We invest in our team through hands-on training, clear expectations, and real room to grow in the insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and answer incoming calls as the first point of contact for the agency
• Manage the front desk, appointment scheduling, and daily office communications
• Direct customer requests to the right team member and follow up to make sure they are resolved
• Handle routine service requests such as payments, policy questions, and billing inquiries
• Log calls, notes, and customer updates in the agency system daily
• Keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly day to day

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required
• Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
• Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license

Pay range: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
