Reporting to the Senior Director of Global People & Culture, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to practice leaders, driving proactive sourcing, compliant hiring practices, and global talent pipelining.
In this role, you will oversee headquarters, Expat, and TCN recruitment, ensuring the workforce reflects the diverse communities served worldwide. From developing creative sourcing strategies and managing ATS compliance to analyzing recruitment metrics and representing the organization at global career events, you will play a critical role in powering impactful international programs. Responsibilities
- Full-Lifecycle Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, intake meetings, screening, negotiations, offer letters, onboarding) for HQ, Expat, and TCN roles while ensuring OFCCP, USG, and global legal compliance.
- Inclusive & Strategic Sourcing: Develop innovative strategies, leverage diverse networks, and represent the organization at career fairs to engage candidates from varied backgrounds.
- Workforce & Practice Partnerships: Act as a thought partner to hiring managers on workforce planning, role specifications, candidate assessments, and inclusive hiring best practices.
- Metrics & Relational Communication: Maintain candidate and vendor communications, oversee recruitment data/dashboards, present metrics-driven updates, and support AAP audit readiness.
- Process Leadership & Operations: Draft recruitment guidelines, manage vendor contracts/invoices, document ATS workflows, and mentor junior team members
