We're seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator who is passionate about helping clients achieve homeownership while building strong referral relationships and growing a successful mortgage pipeline. What You'll Do

• Originate residential mortgage loans while delivering an outstanding customer experience from application through closing.
• Meet and exceed monthly mortgage production goals.
• Consult with borrowers to understand their financial needs and recommend the best mortgage solutions.
• Guide applicants through the mortgage process, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state mortgage lending regulations, including HMDA guidelines.
• Develop and maintain strong referral partnerships with Realtors, attorneys, financial professionals, and internal business partners.
• Proactively follow up with prospective borrowers and referral partners to generate new business.
• Stay current on mortgage products, industry trends, and lending regulations.
• Represent the organization at networking opportunities and community events to increase brand awareness and generate new business.
• Deliver exceptional service while demonstrating professionalism, accountability, collaboration, and integrity.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of residential mortgage origination experience, preferably with secondary market lending.
• Established network of referral partners with a proven ability to generate business.
• Experience using a Mortgage Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Strong knowledge of conventional mortgage products, lending guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline and achieve production goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding mortgage production goals.
• Existing relationships with Realtors, builders, attorneys, and other referral sources.
• Strong understanding of current mortgage market trends and lending practices.
