AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family!
We are searching for a Licensed
MDS Coordinator who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident of the facility, as required by State and Federal regulations. This includes transmission and verification of receipt by the State.
