Integrative Psychotherapist | Reset Brain and Body

We started with a simple truth: standard talk therapy only gets clients so far. Real healing happens when we engage the whole human. We weave somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and mind-body clinical practices into every aspect of our care.

We are looking for fully licensed psychotherapists (LP, LLP, LPC, LMSW, LMFT) who care deeply about their craft, bring positive energy to their team, and want to practice alongside a supportive, highly collaborative group.

$70,000 - $125,000 yearly

• Deliver integrative clinical care: Provide high-quality, whole-person psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or adolescents in one of our Southeast Michigan locations.
• Apply trauma-informed, mind-body approaches: Utilize modalities tailored to each client's unique healing process (e.g., EMDR, IFS, somatic practices, mindfulness, expressive arts).
• Maintain clear caseload standards: Hold a structured target of approximately 23 client sessions per week within a ~30-hour full-time schedule, protecting dedicated time for administrative notes, session prep, and team collaboration.
• Be an active, in-person team player: Show up with positive energy, fully engaging in our weekly team consultations, shared clinical trainings, and vibrant in-office culture—knowing you are part of something bigger than yourself.
• Make a tangible community impact: Connect deeply with colleagues, clients, and our broader Southeast Michigan communities to drive real, meaningful change.
• Live our core practice pillars: Embody the five foundational practices we teach and share: breathe, move, nourish, connect, and rest.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensure: Fully licensed in Michigan as an LP, LLP, LPC, LMSW, or LMFT.
• Clinical Focus: A strong foundation or genuine drive toward integrative, somatic, trauma-informed, and mind-body approaches.
• Versatility: Proven skills to deliver impactful care to individuals, adolescents, or couples.
• Community Alignment: Flexibility to work select evening or weekend hours to ensure we show up when our local communities need us most.
