Mainstream is growing and we are looking for an outstanding HVAC Sales Representative to join our team!

• Compensation:  $80-175k per year based on experience

The mission of the HVAC Comfort Advisor is to achieve profitable revenue by becoming an expert of their
market and assisting the customers with excellence.

Responsibilities: 

● Create great options to help customers find solutions to their air conditioning needs
● Keep install teams busy by meeting individual self generated sales goals
● Invest time on personal growth and learn from mistakes
● Work as a team through collaboration to achieve department revenue goals
● Complete accurate and detailed paperwork on every call
● Enjoy yourself

Skills, Abilities, & Requirements: 

Education:  High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Two or more years in the HVAC industry required

Other Requirements:  Valid and current driver's license. Clear driving and background records; insurable by company's insurance carriers.
