Are you passionate about storytelling through film? As a Film Maker Instructor , you will inspire and educate aspiring filmmakers in the art of visual storytelling. Your role will involve guiding students through the entire filmmaking process, from concept development to post-production. You’ll create an engaging learning environment that fosters creativity and collaboration, empowering students to express their unique voices through film.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver dynamic lessons on various aspects of filmmaking, including screenwriting, cinematography, editing, and directing.
• Mentor students in developing their film projects, providing constructive feedback and support throughout the creative process.
• Facilitate hands-on workshops that encourage experimentation with different filmmaking techniques and technologies.
• Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation, creativity, and confidence.

Qualifications

• A strong background in filmmaking or a related field with practical experience in various filmmaking roles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds.

• Times:  Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM
