Burlington, WI | Hybrid | $120,000–$150,000

What You'll Do

• Manage a full family law caseload from initial consultation through resolution
• Handle contested divorce, custody, placement, child support, maintenance, and post-judgment matters
• Conduct depositions, mediations, motion hearings, and settlement negotiations
• Represent clients in contested hearings and family law trials
• Develop case strategy and provide practical legal guidance
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional communication and advocacy

What We're Looking For

• Active Wisconsin Bar license
• 3+ years of family law experience
• Proven courtroom and trial experience in family law matters
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Client-focused with excellent communication and organizational abilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $120,000–$150,000 based on experience
• Hybrid work schedule
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
