Responsibilities

• Job Cost Tracking: Track, allocate, and monitor project expenses and budgets across multiple active construction sites.

• Bank Statement Reconciliation: Match daily financial transactions, verify bank balances, and resolve any discrepancies.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare, generate, and distribute accurate financial summaries and budget reports for management.

• Multi-Project Account Management: Balance financial tasks and documentation simultaneously across several ongoing build projects.
