The TRUCE team is seeking a candidate who works well in a high-volume, dynamic coffee bar with knowledge of traditional coffee and tea services as well as basic knowledge of spirits. While AM service predominantly features coffee and tea offerings, our barista team will be trained on our cocktail program. Bartender experience is preferred.
Our ideal candidate will show strength through multi-tasking and malleability while consistently maintaining set standards. As a team we value genuine guest service, organization, and group work.
