A well-established, award-winning hearing healthcare group is seeking a dedicated provider in the Chillicothe, MO area to serve patients, offering a unique opportunity to build strong, lasting relationships in a supportive small-town environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine hearing diagnostics for adult patients  
• Provide patient counseling, expectation management, and follow-up care  
• Fit and dispense hearing aids  
• Manage ongoing care with a focus on long-term patient satisfaction  
• Collaborate with on-site Patient Care Coordinator  
• Support occasional float coverage within the group’s office network  

Compensation & Benefits:   

• Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and profit sharing potential – high earners exceed $100k  
• Healthcare, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 3% employer match (after probation)
