A well-established, award-winning hearing healthcare group is expanding its Maryville office from part-time to full-time due to growing community demand. This office now needs a dedicated provider to serve patients full-time, offering a unique opportunity to build strong, lasting relationships in a supportive small-town environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine hearing diagnostics for adult patients  
• Provide patient counseling, expectation management, and follow-up care  
• Fit and dispense hearing aids  
• Manage ongoing care with a focus on long-term patient satisfaction  
• Collaborate with on-site Patient Care Coordinator  
• Support occasional float coverage within the group’s office network  

Job Details:   

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (FT preferred; PT minimum 3 days/week)  
• Start Date: ASAP  
• Open to Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Specialists. New grads welcome!

Compensation & Benefits:   

• Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and profit sharing potential – high earners exceed $100k  
• Healthcare, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 3% employer match (after probation)
