Join Our Client as a Assistant Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ a mission-driven company empowering the planet! We seek leaders with a related Bachelor's and familiarity with construction lifecycles to support project execution, schedules, and cross-functional coordination.

salary: $63.33 - 80.00 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project execution plans, schedules, workflows, and procedures across all lifecycle phases from startup to closeout.

• Monitor project milestones and track progress against baseline schedules to identify critical path risks, delays, and near-critical activities.

• Partner with consultants, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and align them with strategic priorities.

• Gather and analyze project data to maintain schedule dashboards, support forecasting, and evaluate mitigation strategies to escalate schedule concerns.
