Job Description
Randstad is partnering with a premier food manufacturer in North Andover, MA to urgently hire a sharp, highly organized, and detailed Accounts Receivable Specialist.
This full-cycle Accounts Receivable role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing high-volume transactions with precision. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in manufacturing accounting, NetSuite, and navigating complex customer portal deductions.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - High-Volume Invoicing: Generate, review, and process high-volume customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Cash Receipts & Deposits: Perform remote check deposits to the bank and accurately post cash receipts, ACH, and wire payments into NetSuite.
- Deductions Management: Research, process, and reconcile customer chargebacks, short payments, and deductions using various customer portals.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile AR sub-ledger accounts, monitor outstanding balances, and resolve billing discrepancies or payment delays.
- Collections Support: Maintain professional communication with B2B customers to ensure prompt payment and minimize overdue accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to resolve order and invoice issues.
Qualifications & Skills - Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment (Food/C3PG manufacturing experience is a major plus).
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP systems) and proficiency in MS Excel. Experience navigating various retail/customer portals for deduction processing is required.
- Deductions Expertise: Proven track record of researching and processing complex customer deductions and chargebacks.
